Dr. Tameka Polk serves as Clinical Partner and Director of Clinical Services for Ladair Integrated Health PLLC. In this role, she supports the clinical mission, quality of care, provider development, and service expansion of the practice.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Polk is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care that helps individuals improve mental wellness, stability, and overall quality of life.
